THE 2020 TAX FILING PERIOD BEGIN ON JANUARY 27 (MONDAY) 2020, (announced 1-7-2020). You may file prior to that date, but the return will be mailed or held for electronic filing date January 27, 2020. The choice will be yours.
March 17, 2020: due to the Corona Virus (COVID-19) THE TAX DEADLINE IS CHANGED TO JUNE 15, 2020.
NO PENALTIES NOR INTEREST WILL BE DUE, DURING THIS TIME. WATCH FOR UPDATES, THE SYSTEM IS MOVING INTO UNCHARTED WATERS AND EXPECT MANY CHANGES.
THE CURRENT (HARD-TIME) CHECKS SHOULD BE MAILED, STARTING APRIL 1, 2020, WHICH IS PART OF THE ECONOMIC RELIEF PROVIDED ALL TAXPAYERS.

Jan 15, 2020: 2019 estimated payment due.
Jan 27, 2020: IRS GOES LIVE.
Jan 31, 2020: W-2 due in mail from employer.
Feb 15, 2020: 1099-misc due.
Feb 28, 2020: 1099 due IRS and Contractors.
**May 15, 2020: S corp and partnerships due.
**Jul 15, 2020: Individuals & Corporation tax
and extension are due. And so
are the first 2020 estimated taxes.
Jul 17, 2020: Estimated taxes #2, Due.
Sep 16, 2020: Estimated taxes #3, Due.
1065 AND 1120 extensions due.
OCT 15, 2020: INDIVIDUALS TAXES DUE
Nov 1, 2020: END OF YEAR TAX PLANNING
